1. Nature of Service
FJR AI provides cloud-based digital services to physicians, clinics, and patients. No physical goods are delivered.
2. Service Activation
Access to the platform is activated immediately upon successful subscription and payment confirmation.
Users receive login credentials and may access services via our web or mobile interface.
3. Ongoing Access
Services are delivered continuously on a subscription basis.
Physicians and clinics may access dashboards, AI documentation tools, and communication features at any time while their subscription remains active.
4. Patient Communications
Patient-facing materials such as visit handouts, follow-up reminders, and WhatsApp communications are delivered digitally via the FJR AI system.
5. No Shipping
FJR AI does not provide physical deliveries. All services and communications are digital in nature.
