By accessing or using the services of FJR AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our platform, applications, and related services. If you do not agree, you may not use FJR AI.

Our services are intended for licensed physicians, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Patients may access limited functionalities through handouts, WhatsApp reminders, and follow-up communications. You represent that you are legally authorized to use these services and will comply with all applicable laws.

FJR AI provides tools to assist physicians and clinics with patient documentation, AI-generated summaries, reminders, and patient communication support. The service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Access to FJR AI is based on subscription plans. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

All content, software, trademarks, and technology used in FJR AI remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of FJR AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal and health-related information. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

FJR AI provides AI-powered assistance but does not practice medicine. Physicians remain solely responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and patient outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FJR AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jordan. Any dispute shall be finally resolved through arbitration seated in Amman, Jordan, under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution, in Arabic, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
