Cancellation Policy

1. User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

In line with our Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of their paid billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the service.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Upon cancellation, user access to FJR AI services will cease at the end of the billing period.

Data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
